Join us for our pre-opening training program in Jacksonville, FL — approximately 30 days covering all modalities and treatment protocols, day-to-day operations, scheduling, technology platforms, payment processing, advertising, local marketing, and your Grand Opening plan.

We also provide onsite support as you get ready to open your clinic. We are committed to the training, coaching and guidance for you to provide excellence in health and wellness care to your patients as you become an integral part of your local community.

Where Your Startup Investment Goes

The total estimated investment of $283,668 to $539,760 covers everything needed to open one clinic. The range depends mostly on your market, the condition of the space you lease, and how much build-out it needs. Typical cost categories include:

• Initial franchise fee and training fee: $50,000 and $25,000
• Leasehold improvements: build-out of a 2,000 to 3,000 square foot clinic with parking and visibility
• Clinical equipment: adjusting tables, spinal decompression, and therapy modalities
• Technology: practice management, scheduling, and payment processing platforms
• Signage, furniture, and opening supplies
• Grand Opening marketing
• Licenses, insurance, and deposits
• Working capital for your first months of operation

Ways to Lower Your Upfront Cost

Start inside an existing facility. While your stand-alone clinic is being built out, you can begin serving patients from rented space in a medical office, pain management practice, or urgent care facility.

Add chiropractic to a practice you already own. Medical and physical therapy practices can add Amazing Spine Care to their existing practice and use space and staff they already have.

Commit to multiple units. Multi-unit owners receive discounted initial fees: $125,000 for 2 units or $175,000 for 3 units, including training.

How Franchise Owners Finance Their Clinic

Most franchise owners combine personal capital with one or more of these common funding sources:

• SBA 7(a) loans: government-backed loans widely used for franchise startups
• Equipment financing or leasing: spreads the cost of clinical equipment over time
• Rollovers as Business Startups (ROBS): uses eligible retirement funds without early-withdrawal penalties
• Conventional bank loans and lines of credit
